Why do you like working at Ingenium?

“I didn’t see myself in this industry AT ALL! Now that I’m working here, I’m glad I have the privilege to do so. Ingenium, as a whole, strives daily to embody the characteristics and core values that we embrace. I see examples of integrity in my coworkers when we ensure EHS compliance, and I see compassion in my managers when they understand the situations that arise. Every day, I get to help people, be a mini expert on regulations, and inform people how to transport their waste sustainably. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is the amount of thanks I get and having a team I can lean on who genuinely want to see each other win. I also find it fulfilling to impact locally, build relationships with people, and learn about many aspects of the industrial community. Ingenium has helped me strengthen my already-learned skills, give me a sense of security, and help me do meaningful work.”
