Gary started his career in the industry working household hazardous waste events to help put himself through college. He later joined a local hazardous waste management company in the San Francisco Bay area and eventually became its Director of Southern California operations. Gary left that company in 2001 and joined another hazardous waste management company as Vice President and part owner. He was instrumental in that company’s success by re-designing its failing business model and turning the company to profitable performance, while simultaneously running its southern California operations.
In 2006, Gary, along with the other principals of INGENIUM, left that company and started INGENIUM. Gary formerly served as Executive Director of INGENIUM, and now serves as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer.
Gary has served on Boards of Directors, most recently SEEDS, a not-for profit company promoting sustainable solutions in the life sciences sector. He has a BS from Cal State San Jose, with post-graduate work at the University of San Francisco. He and his wife, Christine, reside in Apollo Beach, FL where they enjoy the beach life and he enjoys his reef aquarium hobby.
