Dear Friends and Colleagues,
This past year has been one of growth and dynamic change for INGENIUM. We have been fortunate to extend our services to a number of new clients while being privileged to provide continued services to long standing partners. As a result, our revenue has increased significantly exceeding our previous year-over-year growth achievements.
To support this growth, we have increased our staff by 30% and added more trucks and equipment throughout the system. We also expanded our service territory and our commitment to sustainable waste solutions with the addition of specialized equipment to enhance our recycling efforts.
All the members of our team have had ongoing training to stay on top of security and safety issues and the ever changing waste management landscape. Throughout the year we have also continued to offer clients training and tips on best practices for waste management as well as breaking news on regulations through our in-person sessions, blog and this newsletter.
Both in anticipation of continued growth, and to fulfill our internal commitment to continually improving our service to our clients, we are making a major investment in technology upgrades. Efforts have already begun and will carry on through the majority of 2015. These upgrades will allow us to improve efficiency and service to our clients.
Now, as the year comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude for all of our business associations, and most especially thank our clients for your continued patronage and trust in INGENIUM.
