CA Annual DTSC Reporting is Underway
California Annual DTSC Reporting began on July 6, 2021. Initial notifications started on that date and will stagger afterwards. You have 30 days from your initial notification to complete your reporting. The DTSC’s 2021 Hazardous Waste ID Number Verification Questionnaire and Manifest Fees Assessment is an annual requirement.
Keep your EPA ID Number Active
Filing this form and paying any applicable fees keeps your EPA ID number in “active” status. One of the most common reasons we find that an EPA ID becomes “inactive” is when the questionnaire and the assessment are not completed. If an EPA ID number is inactive, it must be re-activated before waste can be shipped using that number.
Filing Is Easy
It’s easy to file your report. The Verification Questionnaire is completed through the DTSC’s Electronic Verification Questionnaire eVq) System.
