2022 is a Biennial Reporting Year!
It’s not too early to start thinking about it. 2022 is a Biennial Reporting year.
What does this mean? If you are a RCRA large quantity generator (LQG), the EPA requires you to file the report for 2021 by March 1, 2022.
Bear in mind that many states have additional reporting requirements that may include annual reporting, or may also cover small quantity generators (SQG), so always check with your state for specific requirements.
For example:
- California requires the biennial report for RCRA large quantity generators every two years.
- Washington requires generators to file an annual report that covers the biennial report.
